Join us each week for a 90-minute breathwork journey designed to clear your mind, reset your nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection – both within yourself and with a supportive community.
In our fast-paced world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected. This weekly gathering offers a space to pause, breathe intentionally, and release the accumulated stress of the week, allowing you to move forward with renewed clarity and focus.
Breathwork is a powerful tool for self-discovery and nervous system regulation. Through guided practice, we'll gently tap into your body's innate wisdom, promoting a sense of calm, emotional balance, and enhanced well-being.

What: A weekly 90-minute guided breathwork session.
When: Sundays
Time: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM (Doors open at 10:45 AM, event ends at 1:00 PM)

We have limited cushions available, so please bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or yoga block to sit on for your comfort.

Absolutely! This session is welcoming to all levels. Guidance will be provided throughout. No prior experience is necessary.

We'll use a various guided, conscious connected breathing techniques. Experiences vary but can include physical sensations (like tingling), emotional release (laughter, tears), mental clarity, or deep relaxation. You are always in control and guidance is provided throughout.

Doors open 10:45 AM. Session starts promptly at 11 AM; late entry not guaranteed. Also, please gently ensure the front door closes fully behind you to keep our beloved dog safe inside. Thank you!
